A popular topic this year has been boycotting the famous Black Friday, if you're unaware of what this is it is when the best deals of the year are available at the unreasonable hour of 4am on the day after Thanksgiving. People trample over each other and its a mad house everywhere you turn. I have had to work during one Black Friday and its not fun at all for the employees that have to work it. It is an all day event and takes away from time you could be spending with your family. I have seen a few places announce that they will not be participating in this years Black Friday, I think it is great that some companies are letting their employees be off and get to spend time with their families.I try not to go to any Black Friday events mostly just because I enjoy my sleep and time with family.
